I recently had the opportunity to work on a revamp of DeepRootsHimalayan portfolio website, deeprootshimalayan.org. The client wanted to showcase their mission in a cleaner and more effective way. Using the old content, I built a WordPress website that met the client's needs. Here's a breakdown of what I did:
Content Migration
I migrated all the old content from the previous website to the new WordPress site. This included multiple blog-posts, images, and copywriting content, which I organized into a beautiful website for easy navigation. I also made sure that all the text content was up-to-date, free from errors, and relevant to the organization.
Design and Layout
The client wanted a modern and sleek design that would showcase their work in the best possible way. I used a minimalist design with a green, white and gray color scheme to make the images pop. I also made sure that the website was mobile-friendly and easy to navigate.
Functionality
The client wanted the website to be easy to update and maintain, so I built it using WordPress. I also added several plugins to improve the website's functionality, including a gallery plugin, a contact form plugin, and a social media plugin.
SEO Optimization
To ensure that the website would rank well in search engines, I optimized it for SEO. This included adding meta descriptions, optimizing images, and making sure that the website was mobile-friendly.Overall, I'm very happy with how the website turned out. It was a pleasure to work with KarmaPRO Entertainment, and I'm glad that I was able to help them showcase their work in the best possible way.
